About Your Appointment:


1. Appointment will be scheduled at a convenient location

 

2. You will need at least one form of government issued identification, preferably a Florida driver’s license or identification card.  You will also need your social security number and a form of payment (Cash, Business Check, Zelle or Venmo).

​

3. The entire process takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

​

4. Ensure your hands are clean with no visible dirt, it is not necessary to wash your hands before the appointment.  Please refrain from using any hand sanitizer or lotions before your appointment as it may make it more difficult to get a good quality scan.

​

5. If a photo is required for your ORI number, please be prepared to remove glasses and/or hat and your hair must be pulled back and off the face.

​

6. Upon finger rolling, the your information will be reviewed with you to verify the entered information is correct. Once confirmed the scan will be submitted to the state for immediate processing.

​

7. You will receive an email confirmation with the Transaction Control Number (TCN) and other pertinent information. Please do not delete this email as it contains important information you may need to reference at a later date.

​

*We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the scan has been submitted.  Please be certain that the information you provided is accurate as once it is received by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, it will be processed exactly as it was submitted.
